Finding Duplicates:

  1. Open your Excel spreadsheet.

  2. Select the range of cells where you want to find duplicates.

  3. Go to the "Data" tab on the Excel ribbon.

  4. Click on the "Remove Duplicates" button in the "Data Tools" group.

  5. A dialog box will appear, showing a list of columns in your selected range. By default, all columns are selected.

  6. Choose the columns where you want to find duplicates. You can select or deselect columns as needed.

  7. Click the "OK" button.
